For Providing Goods and Services to People with Disabilities
E&M Copper Products Inc. is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities. We are committed to following the standards set out in (O Reg. 429/07). Any feedback on how our goods and services are provided to people with disabilities can be directed to the Human Resources Department. The feedback will be discussed by Management to see what action is to be taken and an answer will be delivered to the individual giving the feedback.

We will ensure that any of our staff that deal with the public are trained on and familiar with various assistive devices that may be used by customers with disabilities while accessing our goods or services.
We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability.
We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on the parts of our premises that are open to the public.
A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises.
Notice of Temporary Disruption
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities for customers with disabilities, washroom facilities, E&M Copper Products Inc. will notify customers promptly and also post a notice at reception.
As our customers are at our premises by appointment only, they will be contacted and advised if facilities and services that they rely on are temporarily out of order.
Training for Staff
E&M Copper Products Inc. will provide training to employees, volunteers and others who deal with the public or other third parties on their behalf.
Staff members are to be retrained if there are changes to the plan or as staff changes.
